The NATO MP LLC was opened by the NATO MP COE Director COL Grzegorz WASIELEWSKI, who welcomed all Participants and emphasised the significance of the Conference being 1st one dedicated to MP LL issues only. The three-day deliberations, chaired by the NATO MP COE LL Branch Head LTC Rafał SZCZYPIŃSKI, were attended by Representatives of 14 countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Norway, Poland, Portugal (European Gendarmerie Forces), Slovakia and Spain. ACT provided firm support regarding the Conference by explaining the importance of LL capabilities in the process of transformation, while JALLC Representative substantially contributed to the Meeting by introducing the framework of NATO LL. The Attendees, amongst others, were briefed on the NATO MP COE LL initiatives (MP LL Portal, Tactical LL Forum, Annual MP LL Conference) as well as were given a unique chance to exchange information concerning their own national LL systems.

It is vital to stress that within the Conference, the formal assembly of MP LL COI was inaugurated. Furthermore, thanks to the aforementioned, it was possible to gather MP LL CT appointed members as well as offer the remaining MP LL COI an opportunity to join the Team which may have a crucial impact on the future matters concerning MP LL. Summing uo the Meeting, the Chairman expressed his gratitude for active engagement of the respectful Conference participants. He also expressed his opinion that the 1st NATO MP LLC has been very fruitful and announced that the next meeting shall take place in June 2015.
