The 1st Military Police Close Protection Workshop will be hosted by NATO MP COE in Bydgoszcz, Poland, in the period of 11-13 April 2016. The NATO MP COE is kindly requesting the MP community to support the workshop by delegating representatives with adequate level of experience and knowledge regarding the workshop subject.
1st Military Police Close Protection Workshop was implemented in the Centre’s Programme of Work (POW) after a Request for Support (RFS) received from the MP Panel. The initial point of this request was the insider attack (Green on Blue) in KABUL, AFG, on 5th August 2014. The LI/LL are that close protection needs standardized procedures when working on an international basis. The major task of this workshop will be defining options for the improvement of Close Protection Teams cooperation in mission. The invitation was sent out to all MP Chiefs.
