On 12th November 2015, HQ SACT conducted the third COE-NATO LL Meeting, in Lisbon, PORTUGAL. The event used the synergy of the NATO Lessons Learned Conference 2015 that had been successfully concluded right before the meeting started. Representatives from COEs briefed the participants on their COE mission, outcomes and important activities that occurred in 2015.
