In accordance with the NATO MTEP the CAPABLE LOGISTICIANS 2027 (CL27) will be organized in Lithuania (LTU) in year 2027 as a LIVEX.

The Main Planning Conference (MPC) with Initial Movement Planning Conference (IMovPC) in support of development of the exercise CAPABLE LOGISTICIANS 2027 (CL27) will be organized by the Multinational Logistics Coordination Centre (MLCC) with Lithuania as a HN on 12 – 17 April 2026 in Vilnius, Lithuania. 

The event will take place at hotel “Courtyard by Marriott Vilnius City Center” , (Rinktinės g. 3, Vilnius, Lithuania, GPS: 54.6930475N, 25.2891178E).

The CL27 planners of interested NATO, EU and European Free Trade Association (EFTA) nations, academies and industries (NATO, EU and EFTA), NCS/ NFS, COEs, NFIUs, NSPA, EUMS, EDA, MMCC / EMC, CNAD, MC LSB, MC JSB, NATO WGs, JSEC, AMSCC, MLCC (NATO, EU and EFTA) staff, HN LTU and other NATO Bodies and WGs are hereby​ invited to participate and to cover parallel running syndicates of their interest.​
