Between 12-13 August 2014, Colonel Eduard SIMION - Director of the HUMINT Centre of Excellence visited  Joint Analysis and Lessons Learned Centre in Lisbon where JALLC Commander - Brigadier General Mircea MINDRESCU and JALLC staff have presented the current analysis projects run by JALLC as well as the other specific activities. An important topic was the sharing of the lessons learned and best practices where the parties agreed on the positive impact of developing a HUMINT Community of Interest in the NATO Lessons Learned Portal.
