For three days, 06th - 08th October 2015, HQ SACT Innovation Doctrine & Lessons Learned Branch conducted the NATO LL Portal Workshop (WS) at JALLC in Lisbon, Portugal. The WS, with a wide representation from LL WG members and COE administrators, was equally interesting and challenging.
