The JALLC is pleased to announce the NATO Lessons Learned (LL) Conference (NLLC) 2022 (NLLC22) will be held from 04 to 05 May 2022. The event will be in a hybrid format, with speakers and presentations live on stage being broadcast to an online audience via a dedicated NLLC22 platform.

The theme for the NLLC22 is "A flashback of two decades of learning to gain insights for the next five years".

The theme and the event itself form part of the 20th anniversary celebrations of the JALLC which will see a series of dedicated events take place throughout the year.

In line with this context, NLLC22 participants will be able to attend sessions covering key success stories and shortfalls of LL during the last two decades, with the aim of highlighting findings in support of enhancing the development of a more effective LL Capability across NATO and potentially improve the Alliance's organizational learning.

During these sessions, leaders and subject matter experts will discuss and present, in panel format or through individual presentations: insights and perspectives on LL in support of the Alliance's transformation efforts; experiences from collecting quality lessons during exercises and operations and their exploitation; and innovation and new technologies in LL.

More details on the NLLC22 will be released in the coming weeks along with regular updates on progress and information on how to sign up.
